MRI results of the pelvis with and without gadobutrol contrast performed on Day 2 postoperatively. (A) Axial T2-weighted oblique and (B) spoiled gradient recalled acquisition sequences demonstrating multilobulated necrosis or abscess with peripheral thickening, extending to the medial aspect of the ischial tuberosity and through the obturator foramen on the left; (C) The sagittal T2-weighted image demonstrating extension through the ischiorectal fossa; (D) A collapsed bladder with circumferential thickening of the detrusor wall around both suprapubic and urethral Foley catheter with balloon insufflated.
